Shipping methods

Our aim, of course, is to provide you with a first-class service that is both environmentally friendly and cost-efficient. We appreciate your understanding and support in our efforts.
However, efficiency also plays a major role for us, which is why many of our processes are automated for uncomplicated shipping cost calculation. Our experts know that not all parts can be shipped together. Sometimes the uniqueness of spare parts for the Fiat 124 Spider requires special packaging and shipping methods that may be overlooked by automated systems. This may result in your order having to be split into additional parcels, possibly with a subsequent adjustment of the shipping costs.
Clear pricing is extremely important to us, so we naturally want to spare you any unpleasant surprises. We communicate clearly and in good time when an order needs to be split.

Premium shipping: We ship via DHL Premium Service as standard. This includes preferential treatment with DHL. Your order is therefore always prioritized, which means that your parcel usually reaches its destination much faster.

Prices:

Shipping within Germany

• We charge for parcels throughout Germany:
  up to 1.0 kg EUR 7.50* per parcel
  up to 10.0 kg EUR 11.50* per parcel.
  up to 31.5 kg EUR 18.50* per parcel

Surcharges:

• “Cash on delivery fee”: EUR 8.40*
  We are also happy to send your order up to EUR 300.00* by cash on delivery. As a rule, the invoice amount is collected in cash by the deliverer or by EC card at the branch. The parcel with the cash on delivery service cannot be delivered to a Packstation, a parcel store or a parcel box.
• “Bulky goods”: EUR 23.00*
  Bulky goods are parcels that exceed the maximum dimensions of 120 x 60 x 60 centimeters in cuboid form. If one of these dimensions is exceeded, the shipment is considered bulky goods. For example, 70 x 65 x 30 centimeters.

• “Forwarding”: from approx. EUR 99.00*
  Hoods, aluminum wheels, windscreens and other large-volume deliveries are generally only sent by freight forwarder. Depending on the weight and delivery location, we use different shipping partners to offer you the most favorable rate. The shipping method forwarding is always calculated individually.
• “Transport insurance”: EUR 7.00* from a parcel value of EUR 500.00* to EUR 2,500.00*. Within these amounts we only ship with insurance. If your order value exceeds EUR 2,500.00*, your shipment will be split into additional parcels.

Shipping EU

• In the EU we charge for parcels
  up to 31.5 kg EUR 24.80* per parcel

Surcharges:

• “Bulky goods: EUR 25.00*
  Bulky goods are parcels that exceed the maximum dimensions of 120 x 60 x 60 centimeters in cuboid form. If one of these dimensions is exceeded, the shipment is considered bulky goods. For example, 70 x 65 x 30 centimeters.
• “Forwarding”: from approx. EUR 125.00*
  Hoods, aluminum wheels, windscreens and other large-volume deliveries are generally only sent by freight forwarder. Depending on the weight and delivery location, we use different shipping partners to offer you the most favorable rate. The shipping method forwarding is always calculated individually.
• “Transport insurance”: EUR 10.00* from a parcel value of EUR 500.00* to EUR 2,500.00*. Within these amounts we only ship with insurance. If your order value exceeds EUR 2,500.00*, your shipment will be split into additional parcels.

Shipping NON-EU

• Internationally we charge for parcels
  up to 31.5 kg AB EUR 40.00* per parcel
• International prices are always based on the weight of the shipment. The price is therefore calculated individually.
• Depending on weight, size and delivery location, we use different shipping partners to offer you the most favorable rate.

Surcharges:

• “Brexit handling”: EUR 5.00*
  This surcharge is levied for every shipment to Great Britain.
• “Customs clearance”: EUR 39.90*
  From an order value including shipping of EUR 1,000.00* for the preparation of customs documents and export declaration.
• “Bulky goods: EUR 25.00*
  Bulky goods are parcels that exceed the maximum dimensions of 120 x 60 x 60 centimeters in cuboid form. If one of these dimensions is exceeded, the shipment is considered bulky goods. For example, 70 x 65 x 30 centimeters.
• “Forwarding”: from approx. EUR 145.00*
  Hoods, aluminum wheels, windscreens and other large-volume deliveries are generally only sent by freight forwarder. Depending on the weight and delivery location, we use different shipping partners to offer you the most favorable rate. The shipping method forwarding is always calculated individually.
• “Transport insurance”: EUR 10.00* from a parcel value of EUR 500.00* to EUR 2,500.00*. Within these amounts we only ship with insurance. If your order value exceeds EUR 2,500.00*, your shipment will be split into additional parcels.

Letter dispatch:

We do not normally send goods in envelopes, as we have unfortunately experienced the occasional lost letter in the past and our top priority is to ensure the safe delivery of your order.

But of course we want to offer you the option of sending your goods in an envelope if you wish (and if sending in an envelope is possible at all). This option only applies to GERMANY. If you decide to send us a letter and assume the sole shipping risk in the event of loss, you can of course send us an email. As soon as we receive your confirmation, we will adjust your proforma invoice for shipping costs and resend it to you. Please note, however, that letters are not tracked!

If you choose to send a letter, please note:

1. Shipping risk is transferred to you
2. No shipment tracking possible

If you agree, proceed as follows:

1. Write us an e-mail with article number and quantity
2. Confirmation that you want the letter to be sent and bear the sole shipping risk

You will then receive a proforma invoice from us, the amount of which you must pay in advance.
