Cooling water bypass for improved venting of the cooling water circuit.

Disconnect the heater hose, which goes from the cylinder head to the heater pipe on the heater radiator, at the highest point and secure the cooling water bypass in the circuit using the hose clamps supplied.
Engine overheating? Check the cooling water circuit!
Engine overheating is often caused by an incorrectly bled cooling water circuit.
Our cooling water bypass is installed at the highest point of the circuit (heater hose between cylinder head and heater pipe to the heater radiator) and allows easy refilling of cooling water until there is no more air in the system.
After refilling, simply close the screw plug and you’re done.
Efficient cooling water circuit, less risk of overheating.
