Rubber Spacer Sleeve, M7, for Wood Trim on the Instrument Panel.
The spacer sleeves are sold individually. Depending on the mounting method, 3 or 4 pieces are required.
The spacer sleeves were originally installed so that the installation depth of the instrument panel would be at the same level as the glove compartment lid. When covering the dashboard with leather or faux leather, there is also the advantage that, in some cases, the wood trim may not need to be adjusted because the covering pushes the wood trim further forward. When covering with leather or faux leather, the space between the panels and the wood trim is usually reduced because the material is thicker than the original ABS.
