Letter mail
We do not normally send goods in envelopes as unfortunately we have experienced in the past that letters have occasionally been lost and our top priority is to ensure the safe delivery of your order.
But of course we want to offer you the option of sending your goods in an envelope if you wish (and sending in an envelope is even possible). This option only applies to GERMANY. If you decide to send letters and assume the sole shipping risk in the event of loss, you can of course write us an email. Once we receive your confirmation, we will adjust your proforma invoice for shipping costs and resend it to you. However, please note that mail delivery does not have tracking!
If you choose letter mail, please note:
- Shipping risk is transferred to you
- No shipment tracking possible
If you agree, do the following:
- Write us an email with the item number and quantity
- Confirm that you want the letter to be sent and that you bear the sole shipping risk
You will then receive a proforma invoice from us, the amount of which you must transfer in advance.
