How can I order from Spider-Point?

1. Select the products you would like to order by clicking the “Add to cart” button. This will add your selection to the shopping cart. You can change this selection at any time until you send your order by changing the number of products, deleting the selection by clicking on the “Remove” box or canceling the order process. Click on the shopping cart symbol at the top right of the menu to go to the shopping cart.
2. Please log in with your e-mail address and password if you already have a customer account, otherwise please register as a new customer. Your data will be collected, processed and used in compliance with data protection regulations. It will not be used for any other purpose or passed on to third parties.
3. In the dashboard on the left-hand side, you can update the relevant data under Address and Account details. By clicking on the button “Continue to checkout” you will be taken to the next order step.
4. During the following order steps, please agree to the data protection regulations, the general terms and conditions and the revocation policy after you have read them and complete your order by clicking on the “Buy now” button.

Minimum quantity surcharge:

To cover our operating costs even on smaller orders, we charge a minimum order surcharge for orders totaling less than EUR 10.00*. This enables us to continue to offer you reliable service and fast delivery times. Thank you for your understanding!
