Thermostat housing on cylinder head 68-85 universal.
The thermostat housing replaces the 3 models shown in Fig. 9, which were used when installing the cooling circuit with water T-piece.
This article contains the following components:
– Thermostat housing 68-85 universal including fixing screws and washers
– Blanking plug including seal for models 68-78
– Connection nipple (outlet for preheating) including seal for models 80-85
The temperature sensor (temperature warning light switch) for models 79-80 is not included in the scope of delivery and can be purchased separately.

The screws for mounting the thermostat housing on the cylinder head are supplied. In contrast to the original external hexagon head screw, we add internal hexagon head screws. This makes installation easier when the camshaft housing is installed.
